All of our workers are vetted with licence checks, work rights verifications, reference checks, medicals and site-readiness onboarding.
How fast can you place a worker?
Depending on your specific requirements, we can typically place a worker within 2-5 business days. For more specialised roles, we will work with you on realistic lead times.
What areas do you service?
We have a nation-wide network. We can source workers in metro and regional areas.
How do you choose the right worker for us?
We’re not a general recruitment agency. With deep industry experience in transport, logistics and construction, we know what to look for. We shortlist candidates based on your brief, their skills, and our interview. We’ll liaise with you on who we think is a solid option for a meet and greet. If you’re happy, we get started. In the unlikely event you’re unhappy, we’ll send someone else. Our goal is to keep the process seamless and minimise disruption to your business.
What happens if a worker isn’t a good fit?
In the unlikely event the worker isn’t right, we’ll step in quickly and send someone else. No delays, no fuss, we make it right.
Can you support large workforce ramp-ups?
Absolutely. Whether it’s 1 or many workers, we’ve scaled teams for shutdowns, projects and seasonal peaks.
How much does it cost to use your services?
For ongoing labour hire, we charge a flat hourly rate based on hours worked. For permanent placements, we charge a one-off flat fee.
Are you fully insured?
Yes, we carry full workers compensation, public liability, and professional indemnity cover.
What happens in the event of an incident?
Typically, liability rests with the person who insures the vehicle. While we place a high priority on reliability, working with skilled, thoroughly vetted drivers who are well-prepared for the challenges of the job, we understand that incidents can happen. In the unlikely event something does go wrong, we’ll be there; managing driver communications, assisting with paperwork, and coordinating with your insurer as needed.
